In this call process, you'll be handling calls that customers or prospects make. You must have excellent communication skills, average computer skills, and the ability to solve the customer's queries quickly.
No leaves for the next 4 months excluding 1 week off.
Shift Time ( 24*7) Rotational
Salary Structure:-For Freshers - 172,200/- CTC For Experienced - 207,200/- CTC
Responsibilities
-
1. Handling customer queries.
2. Have experience with emails or chats or Voice
3. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
5. Take calls Over the Phone which involves working in different time zones
Requirements
-
1. Candidates must have excellent verbal English & Hindi communication skills without MTI.
2. Should have a typing speed of 25 WPM With 85% accuracy (2min)
3. Must have a Laptop/Desktop with the original version of Windows 10.
4. Must Have 4GB RAM.
5. Must have Broadband or Wi-fi Router.
6. Must have the Microphone and speaker in working condition.
7. Background noise-free Earphones.
Educational Requirements
1. Minimum 12th passed.
2. Freshers and Experienced, both can apply.
