Responsibilities

• 1. Handling customer queries.

  2. Experience in emails, chats or voice will be beneficial.

  3. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

  4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  5. Take calls Over the Phone which involves working in different time zones

Requirements

• Candidates must have excellent verbal English & Hindi communication skills without MTI.

  Candidates must be comfortable with hard core night shift.

  Candidate location should be within Kolkata.

  Virtual interview can be arranged but candidate must be willing to relocate to Kolkata after selection.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in BPO or MNC required for under graduates.

  Graduate freshers can also apply.

• 9 Hours.
• 5 days working
• Hard core night shift
