Responsibilities

• Aim to convert inbound chats into sales.

  Ensure that chats are handled as per the prescribed parameters. Ensuring a WOW customer experience.

  Adhere to company and client policies.

Requirements

• Superior customer service skills and teamwork. Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience.

  Exceptional written business communication skills.

  The passion and drive to make a difference. Experience in a service industry such as BPO, call center, hospitality, retail, or another customer service-oriented organization preferred.

  Work Language : 100% English fluency is required.
  

  Work Mode : 3months work from office for training, after that work from home.

  CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO AHMEDABAD AFTER SELECTION
  

  
  

Educational Requirements

• Graduation required in any field.

Working Hours

• 9 Hours.
• Shift timing 24*7 Rotational (Mostly night shifts)
• 40 days of leaves and holidays.
• Training will be of 3 months.
